For all those reading this review, Immy & I have always been confident & worry-free that when we would take one of our vehicles to John' it would be fixed properly the first time &the problem solved, even tricky problems. The mechanics, the staff (Jennifer & Joe the boss could not be nicer or more attentive to your problem, the pricing is more than fair for the quality of work & attention you receive We have NEVER regretted for one moment our decision 39 years ago to have all of our vehicle needs taken care of at John's. I brought in my car in for an overhaul bascially, since it needed everyhting from wiper blades to brakes and everything in between. Between John and Joe they took care of my car with my wallet in mind. They are as honest as the day is long. Certainly not in today's business world where you'll ever find an auto shop as honest as they are and Joe when I picked up the car went over everything they did and suggest I do once I had some extra cash on hand. My in-laws have been coming to John?s for over 20 years, my son has been going here for a few years and they all have been happy with their work. I tried to get a PA inspection where I usually go and they were unable to do it this time because they didn?t have a PA inspection qualified mechanic and couldn?t get anyone to apply for the job. So even though John?s isn?t close, I decided to go there for inspection. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful on the phone when I called for the appointment and when I went into the office. Joe worked on my car and I was impressed that he recognized that I do a lot of work on my 10 year old car myself. He did a brake job, tire rotation and oil change for me. I?m happy with the work he did and it was for a fair price. I will be back in the future and I do recommend the shop.

I trust Johns work, work ethic and honesty implicitly. Johns was my local repair shop for 9 years, then 10 years ago I moved an hour away & still travel back. He not only resolves a current problem but warns me about what will happen in the near future - so I'm prepared and listening for sounds that will help me get to the shop before I break down. I've tried to find a trustworthy mechanic in my new area but with no success in all these 10 years I'm away. Johns is where you NEED to go.

John?s Auto is great. His mechanics are always courteous and knowledgeable. His diagnoses are correct, estimates are real and the repairs are done quickly, usually in a day, as long as the parts are available. I would defiantly recommend John?s auto to anyone looking for a good, competent mechanic.

Just a charge I think did not belng. You charged me for 3 bulbs Ttal abut $12. You reused my bulbs I believe as the bulbs I saved were not there. Otherwise the service was good.

John's has been my mechanic for 20 years, and this is the only auto repair shop that I trust implicitly for their service and integrity. I've tried many as I travel, but now I only travel to John's because I know they are looking out for my welfare and safety. I moved from their immediate area; but getting such quality service is worth the 20 miles I now travel to get their trustworthy service.
